Dottie was a sweetheart so full of love and life.
She was generous with kisses and always had a wiggly butt!
Dottie brought us great joy and laughter. She was always so eager to please us.
She loved to chase squirrels, deer, cats out of the yard. Always ready for a car ride. She loved her cookie treats and would never turn down an ice cream cone.
Dottie was a tough girl and fought a brave battle against cancer.
She takes away a part of our heart and souls.

It's been a month now and day has not gone by that I don't think of you.
I was raking the leaves today and I turned around looking for you. You were always close by and never letting me out of your sight. I miss you more each day Dottie.
Almost 5 months since you went away and still miss you so much. Daddy even misses shoveling paths for you through the deep snow in the backyard!
