Harley Davidson Hood

Very many years ago,
On a warm September day,
Two wonderful, loving people,
Adopted me to come and stay.

What a life I had on Earth,
I traveled near and far,
Rode in boats, & cars & planes,
I even had a stool at Ralph´s bar.

I went to work at the golf course,
And made so many friends.
I had a pool to jump into,
The fun seemed to never end.

What a lucky dog I was,
In oh, so many, ways.
My parents lined up sitters,
For many over night stays.

A perfect guy I tried to be,
And loved you all so much.
Many said my personality,
had a very human touch.

I took with me good memories,
Of all who I had met.
I left here feeling very loved,
Knowing I was a special pet.

Remember me for always,
And please, don´t be too sad.
I had all of you to love me,
And the very best Mom & Dad!
